3 Patti Rank PK — Privacy Policy

An editorial ranking site collects far less than a real-cash 3 Patti operator. This page explains what we actually collect, what we do not collect, where data lives, how long we keep it, and what rights a Pakistani reader has under PECA 2016 and GDPR-style practice.

1. What This Page Covers (and What It Does Not)

This Privacy Policy applies to the website 3pattirank.pk, including the ranking page, the landing pages, the blog, and the contact-form flow. It applies to readers in Pakistan and to readers in any other jurisdiction who happen to land on the site.

It does not apply to the 3 Patti, Teen Patti, Tiger Club, Lucky Jackpot, or other operator apps that 3pattirank.pk reviews. Each of those apps is run by a separate company with its own privacy policy. When you tap an APK download link on our ranking page and install an app, the operator becomes a separate data controller from that point on, and the operator's privacy policy governs everything that happens inside its app.

Editorial Site Data Boundary. 3 Patti Rank PK never sees, never receives, and never stores: your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet credentials; your in-app username or balance; your deposit or withdrawal history at any operator; your real-cash gameplay data; your KYC documents. Those data sit with the operator whose APK you installed, not with us. If you contact us about an account, a deposit, or a withdrawal, we can refer the request to the operator's compliance team — but we cannot read the underlying data.

2. Information We Actually Collect

The list of personal data an editorial ranking site collects is short. The honest list:

CategoryWhat it isWhere it comes from
Server access logsIP address, user-agent string, requested URL, timestamp, HTTP referer, response codeStandard web-server log; collected automatically when a browser requests any page on 3pattirank.pk
Cookies (first-party)Session preference, ranking-page sort preference, cookie-consent stateSet by 3pattirank.pk only; small text strings stored on your browser
Analytics (third-party)Aggregated visit counts, geographic city-level region, device class, on-page event countsCurrently provided by Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled
Editorial email contentEmail address, name (if provided), the message bodyYou send a message to [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected]
Newsletter subscription (if launched)Email address, subscription date, unsubscribe stateVoluntary form; double opt-in; subscription is opt-in only and an unsubscribe link sits at the bottom of every newsletter we send

The list of personal data we do not collect is, by design, longer:

  • We do not run any account login on 3pattirank.pk; there is no username or password to lose.
  • We do not collect Easypaisa or JazzCash account numbers or balances.
  • We do not collect your CNIC, passport, or any other Pakistani identity document.
  • We do not collect device-level identifiers such as Android Advertising ID or IMEI.
  • We do not require any reader to share location data; we read the city-level region from anonymous analytics, nothing more.

3. Cookies, Analytics & Browser Data

Cookies are small text strings a browser stores so a website remembers something about you between visits. The cookies we set on 3pattirank.pk fall into two short groups:

  • Strictly necessary first-party cookies. These remember your cookie-consent state, your ranking-page sort preference, and similar non-tracking preferences. They are set only by 3pattirank.pk and are not shared with any third party. They cannot be disabled without breaking the site's basic behaviour.
  • Optional analytics cookies. These are set by Google Analytics 4 to count visits and on-page interactions in aggregate. IP anonymisation is enabled, advertising signals are disabled, and we do not connect analytics data to any reader identity. You can decline analytics cookies on first visit, change your decision at any time through the cookie-consent banner, or block them at the browser level (any modern Pakistani Android browser supports cookie blocking).

We do not currently run any advertising network on 3pattirank.pk, which means we do not set advertising cookies. If that changes — for example, if a future version of the site supports a banner ad on the bonus page — the change will be announced on this page first, and the new cookie group will be added to the list above before any new cookies are set.

Affiliate referral links carry an affiliate parameter (for example, `?from_gameid=` followed by a numeric identifier). The parameter is read by the operator's site after a tap and is what attributes a referral. It is not a tracking cookie that follows you around the web; it is a one-time URL-level marker that completes its job at the destination.

4. How We Use Your Information

Aggregate analytics and server logs help us answer four small editorial questions:

  • Which Pakistani regions are reading the ranking page most heavily? (Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad lead in our existing logs; Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and Multan follow.)
  • Which app pages are referenced most often? — useful for prioritising the next quarterly re-test.
  • Are server response codes healthy? — 4xx and 5xx errors trigger an editorial check.
  • Are affiliate links pointing to the right destination? — link rot and operator URL changes are caught here first.

Editorial email — the messages a reader sends to editorial@, ranking-feedback@, or dmca@ — is read by the Lead Editor and used only for the purpose stated by the sender (correction, ranking feedback, copyright complaint). Email content is not added to any marketing list, not shared with operators, and not used as a source for published articles without the sender's explicit consent.

Newsletter subscribers, if and when we launch a newsletter, will receive editorial digests at most twice per month. Their email address is used only to deliver the newsletter and is never shared with any third party for marketing.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfer & Where Data Lives

3pattirank.pk is hosted on infrastructure that may store data in or route data through jurisdictions outside Pakistan. For transparency, the practical situation today:

  • The website's static and dynamic content sits behind a global CDN (Cloudflare). Edge caches may live in Singapore, Frankfurt, Mumbai, or other regional points of presence; the cache content is the public website, not personal data.
  • Server access logs are held by the hosting provider in the region nearest the request, then aggregated for short-term operational purposes.
  • Google Analytics 4 processes anonymised analytics in Google's regional infrastructure; Pakistan is currently routed through Google's Asia-Pacific region.
  • Editorial email is delivered through a standard mail service whose servers may sit in the European Union or in the United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside Pakistan, we rely on the standard contractual safeguards published by the relevant providers. We do not sell, lease, or barter personal data with any third party in any jurisdiction.

If a future Pakistani data-localisation rule changes the picture, we will update this section first and re-evaluate the providers we use. The first place a reader will see that change is the Updates section at the bottom of this page.

6. Under-18 Policy & Minor Protection

3pattirank.pk is not directed at users under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect any data that would identify a Pakistani reader as a minor. All real-cash gameplay described on this site is for adults aged 18 and over only, in alignment with PECA 2016 and the underlying operator rules.

If you are a parent, a guardian, or a school administrator and you believe a minor in your household has reached a 3pattirank.pk page or used a 3pattirank.pk download link, please email [email protected] with the URL. We will not retain any minor-related identifier; we will work with the relevant operator to apply account-level self-exclusion for the minor in question.

The Responsible Gaming page carries additional minor-protection guidance in Section 8 of that document.

7. Retention Periods & Deletion

The honest answer to "how long do you keep my data?" depends on what the data is. The retention defaults:

Data categoryRetention defaultWhy
Server access logs30 days rollingSufficient for operational debugging; long enough to catch a slow-burning bot pattern; short enough to limit retention exposure
Analytics aggregate data14 months (Google Analytics 4 default)Lets us compare year-on-year reader patterns without holding raw event data indefinitely
Editorial email content24 months from last replyLong enough to handle a follow-up correction; short enough to not accumulate stale reader data
Cookies (first-party)12 months from last visitResets a quiet reader's consent state on a sensible cadence
Newsletter subscriptionIndefinite while subscribed; deleted on unsubscribeSubscriber control sits in the unsubscribe link, not in a retention timer
DMCA takedown records5 years from last actionLegal defence retention; consistent with industry practice

If you want any of the data above deleted before its retention default, email [email protected] with a clear deletion request. We will confirm receipt within one to two business days and complete deletion within 30 calendar days, except where retention is required by law (for example, a DMCA record under active dispute).

8. Reader Rights (GDPR-Style, Pakistan-Aware)

Pakistan does not yet have a single unified data-protection statute equivalent to the European GDPR. We have chosen to apply GDPR-style reader rights as a baseline anyway, because doing so is simpler than running two policies in parallel and because the rights are the rights any reasonable reader should have.

You may, at any time, ask us to:

  • Confirm what we hold about you. A short email summary of any data we have linked to your address.
  • Correct inaccurate information. If you spot a misspelling in an editorial response, or a wrong subscription email, we will correct it.
  • Delete data subject to the retention rules above. Subject to legal-retention exceptions.
  • Object to processing. For example, decline analytics cookies and decline newsletter delivery.
  • Receive a portable copy of any data tied to a newsletter subscription. Plain-text email summary; the format is not optimised for machine import but is readable.
  • Lodge a complaint. With our editorial team first, and — if relevant in future — with whichever Pakistani data-protection authority emerges from the legislative process currently under way.

Requests go to [email protected] with the word "Privacy request" in the subject line. We do not require formal language; a one-paragraph plain-English message is enough.

9. Security Practice & Honest Limits

3pattirank.pk uses HTTPS for every page, has HSTS enabled, runs behind a managed CDN that filters common attack patterns, and applies standard server hardening on the origin host. Editorial email is held on a provider that runs at-rest encryption.

We will not claim 100% security; no system on the public internet is. What we will claim is that we hold less personal data than a typical real-cash app, that we apply standard industry safeguards to the data we do hold, and that we will tell readers honestly if a relevant security incident occurs. A security incident notice would appear on this page within a reasonable time of the incident being confirmed, and would be emailed directly to any newsletter subscriber whose email address was affected.

10. Updates to This Policy

We update this policy when something material changes — a new analytics provider, a new newsletter platform, a Pakistani regulatory change, a new operator partnership that affects data flow. When we update, we:

  • Update the effective date and the page version at the bottom of this page.
  • Note the change in the editorial standards ranking changelog if the change affects reader data flow.
  • Honour the policy in force at the time of any earlier reader data submission.

Continued use of 3pattirank.pk after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact & Privacy Officer

For privacy-related questions, deletion requests, GDPR-style rights requests, or security reports:

The role of "Data Protection Officer" is currently performed by the Lead Editor; if and when Pakistani law formalises a DPO requirement, we will appoint a named officer and update this section.
